The experience behind Snowbranch
About Elin Welin
With nearly two decades of experience across law firms and large international companies, I have worked in senior legal and compliance roles in complex, regulated markets. My work has combined legal advisory, operational compliance and close collaboration with business leadership.
My background includes commercial law, M&A, complex negotiations and regulatory implementation across demanding jurisdictions. Over time, my roles have also involved leading regional legal support, contributing at management level and driving cross-functional initiatives where legal and business priorities meet.
Alongside that, legal operations have been a consistent thread throughout my career. In different roles, I have worked to improve structures, workflows and decision-making processes: from knowledge management and transaction support to standardisation, digital transformation and more recently AI-enabled ways of working in global organisations.
Snowbranch builds on that experience: a hybrid experience across commercial law, compliance and implementation in complex organisations.
